I am currently searching for a Senior Programme Manager to lead a major Endur transformation across LNG, Gas and Power.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading a large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programme
Shaping strategy, roadmap, governance and benefits realisation
Working closely with senior traders and business leaders
Delivering measurable improvements in scalability, efficiency, control and commercial capability

We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience leading complex, large-scale transformation programmes
Deep commodity trading experience, particularly European Gas, Power and/or LNG
Strong Endur expertise, ideally across major upgrades or greenfield implementations
Experience managing senior stakeholders, technology teams and strategic vendors
A commercially minded, decisive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment
